According to the form, the sighting occurred on Kelly and his wife were sitting on the steps of their home when Kelly noticed en object resembling (to him) a giant firecracker which passed quickly thru the air, He heard no noise end the object completely passed from view in a southerly direction within a ast second, It left a fiery trail for e.
