Centrepiece is the November 1963 Bahia, Brazil "metal sphere" reported by Rio radio and chased through two embassy cables and a National Aeronautics and Space Council file before Brazil’s air ministry denied it outright. Also included: the Navy’s 1953 analysis of the Montana and Utah films, a 1947 review of the Scandinavian ghost rockets, and 17 FBI interview records paired with renderings the Bureau drew from them in 2026.

Forty records dominated by the founding era: the 1948 Project Sign progress report and its catalogue of 100 sightings, the Air Force committee review that led to the end of Project Blue Book, and the 1949 Los Alamos conference where Manhattan Project physicists failed to agree on the green fireballs.
